IST100 & IST200 IsoTimers - Remote Timed Battery Isolation              

Montronics manufacture and sell 2 models of their battery isolator timer for mobile plant, the IST100 & IST200. Both timer modules are used to activate and shut off any remote type Battery Isolater switch after a preset time when the machine ignition is turned off. The IST200 has an added feature of an Emergency Stop input which when activated will override the timer and shut off the battery isolator in an emergency shut down situtation. Timers can be adjusted via front mounted dip switches and LED indication is provided for Power, timing, input/output and fault.

Montronics stock & supply the 24V & 12V Lucas type (Big Red) double pole battery isolator switches with remote cut off feature. These isolator switches are designed for heavy duty applications providing a nominal current rating of 250 Amp and a short term current rating of up to 2500 Amp. At the front of the isolator switch there is a removable sealed cover where connections are made available for remote switch off operation and 15Amp auxiliary contacts for operating other smaller auxiliary loads. Main battery cable connections are made vie the 10mm copper threaded studs at each corner of the isolators top housing. A "T" type handls protrudes from the top of the isolator to provide manual switch on & off operation. A LED indicator at the top/front indicates current on/off status.

Battery Isolator Master Switch (Bosch Double Pole)

The Bosch Double Pole Battery Isolator Switch is a Heavy Duty unit that offers positive manual battery isolation by operating the keyed handle clockwise or counter clockwise. There is a Red & Yellow accessory lockout cover available that allows the isolator to be locked in the "Off" position to ensure equipment cannot be powered on accidently. Battery cables are connected via 4 x 10mm threaded studs on the rear. The on/off handle can be removed from the isolator when turned in the off possition.
