The LTX300 LubeControl automatic lubrication system is a microcontroller based product that provides extremely accurate & flexible control of grease cycle times with real time monitoring of grease pressure. The module has the added protection of electronic current monitoring to guard against overload & no load (open circuit) situations. Lube cycle times are adjusted via dip switches on the rear of the module. LEDs on the front of the module indicate Power, Lube On, Lube Pressure & Lube Fault. There is an internal Lube Fault buzzer with provision for an external buzzer. A lube cycle can be initiated manually via a button on the front of the module. A key feature of the LTX300 Lube Control is its ability to be configured so that a lube cycle either stops or continues after system grease pressure is met (ie grease pressure switch input activated - Bypass mode enable or disable).
